Rusling Paving held a seminar to introduce property owners to the "Art Crete" decorative concrete system. Many property owners showed up in order to better understand the possibilities and options they have regarding their old concrete. It was a great turn out and all who were in attendance were amazed at how an old slab of concrete turned into a brand new "work of art."

design, layout consultation, and property beautification.
We install driveways, sidewalks, and patios on a daily basis
from April thru November. We keep an inventory of pre-cast
concrete porches, ready for installation. We also have a full
time welder on staff that fabricates custom wrought iron railings
to meet your specifications. Our Seal Coating crew is dedicated
to preserving your asphalt, by filling any cracks then sealing
the area with a coal tar blend. If your concrete or asphalt
has deteriorated beyond salvation, we can offer very cost
effective alternatives to expensive removal and replacement.

Our
professional flatwork crew is well versed in concrete
applications. They remove any existing failed concrete
and grade the area for the new installation. They
use 4000lb strength cement mix, and install flexible
expansion joints to minimize the possibility of "freeze/thaw"
cracking. Quality flatwork seems to be somewhat of
a lost art. Our crew takes much pride in the outcome
of their work, and they tirelessly strive for absolute
perfection.

Decorative concrete is the latest craze in property
beautification. It is very cost effective, in that
we can by-pass the costly removal and replacement
of your existing concrete. The process includes, cleaning
and repairing your existing concrete, then applying
a top-coat in the decorative color and pattern of

Milling
is the process of removing failed or poorly pitched
asphalt by mechanically grinding the surface to a
specific depth. We have state of the art milling equipment
and operators that can offer you the best advice and
services to remove existing asphalt.

Seal
coating is just about the best thing you can do for
your asphalt. It preserves and extends the life of
any asphalt surface. On driveways it is hand applied
using squeegees and brushes. For larger areas and
parking lots we apply the sealer with a spray apparatus.
The aesthetically pleasing outcome of seal coating
is a direct result of meticulous preparation. Before
we apply the sealer, we make sure the area is clean
of all dirt and debris, all oil spots are primed,
and all cracks are filled with a flexible rubber binder.

Installing
a stone is the most cost effective means of having
a new driveway or walkway. We use ¾ inch clean,
grey-stone. If you like the look of a stoned driveway,
path or parking lot, or cost prohibits you from installing
asphalt or concrete, this is the best application
for you.

Concrete
steps and porches are often the first impression someone
gets of your property. Having new ivory color steps
can add significant value to your home. We design
and fabricate pre-cast concrete steps and porches
to your specifications. We have cast iron forms on-site
where our porches are poured using 4000lbs mix then
allowed to cure before installation.

Catch
basins and storm drains are often poorly installed.
After time the block inside of the basin begins to
fail causing the asphalt around the grate to sink.
Water collects in these depressions causing standing
water and ice issues. Rusling Inc. has experienced
masons that can repair the basins and fix the depressions
in the most cost effective manner.
